  • Many of my clients have worked with many professionals to reduce stress and accompanying symptoms. To make permanent changes, you’ll need new tools. What I do differently than others:

    1. I use a compassionate-inquiry approach that allows my clients to feel in control of the pace and direction of their healing rather than a cookie-cutter program or talk therapy that is led by the coach..

    2. Together we use curiosity to discover and explore the thoughts, feelings, and actions that interfere with deep growth and self-connection.

    3. I have a depth of experience and knowledge in nutrition, brain health, hormones, trauma, and fitness. I’ve learned not only through education but also by finding what works in my own life. This allows me to guide my client according to their needs by applying concepts in a practical method rather than a utopian concept that doesn’t work in reality.

  • When you work with me, we meet 9 times in 3 months (3 weeks/month). In each sessions, we will customize your journey to alleviate chronic stress with 1-3 simple recommendations that you can incorporate into your every day routine.
